What counts as a design request?+
Anything from a single social graphic to a flyer, menu, business card, or a small set of templates. Bigger items like a full website or brand system are scoped on your call and fit your plan's volume.
How fast will I get my designs?+
Most requests come back in 48–72 hours on Starter and 1–2 days on Growth and Brand Partner. Larger projects get a clear timeline up front.
Can I really cancel anytime?+
Yes — no contracts and no lock-in. Pause or cancel whenever you need to. Founding pricing stays with you for as long as you're a member.
Do I own the final files?+
Yes. Once a design is delivered and your plan is current, the final files are yours to use however you like.
What if I need something that isn't listed?+
Just ask. Logo and brand intensives, event styling, and one-off projects are all available à la carte alongside your membership.
Do you still do event styling?+
